Foi vazado nas redes sociais, na noite desta terça-feira (18), um vídeo íntimo de Natália Deodato, participante do grupo Pipoca, do “BBB22“, no qual ela aparece fazendo sexo oral em um homem.
A equipe da sister se pronunciou nas redes sociais afirmando que já tem conhecimento do vazamento do vídeo, e que tomará as providências cabíveis
“Já temos conhecimento do vídeo que está circulando! Tomaremos as providências cabíveis!”, escreveram os administradores do Twitter da sister.
Em outra publicação, a equipe de Natália reforçou que o compartilhamento do conteúdo é um desrespeito à participante e a sua família.
Divulgar cena de sexo ou pornografia sem consentimento da vítima é crime, de acordo com a lei nº 13.718, de 24 de setembro de 2018, passível de pena de reclusão de 1 a 5 anos, se o fato não constitui crime mais grave.
De acordo com o Art. 218-C, “oferecer, trocar, disponibilizar, transmitir, vender ou expor à venda, distribuir, publicar ou divulgar, por qualquer meio – inclusive por meio de comunicação de massa ou sistema de informática ou telemática -, fotografia, vídeo ou outro registro audiovisual que contenha cena de estupro ou de estupro de vulnerável ou que faça apologia ou induza a sua prática, ou, sem o consentimento da vítima, cena de sexo, nudez ou pornografia”.
Ainda de acordo com a mesma lei, a pena pode ser aumentada em um terço a dois terços se o crime é praticado por agente que mantém ou tenha mantido relação íntima de afeto com a vítima ou com o fim de vingança ou humilhação.
